Printing via the Xerox Chrome Extension

1. Add the Xerox Mobile Print Portal extension by following the link and click the Add to Chrome button.
2. If prompted, review the access rights required by this extension and click Add Extension.
3. Once the extension has been added to Chrome, use the Puzzle Piece button near the top-right of your Chrome browser window to open the Xerox Mobile Print Portal extension.
4. Sign in with your WRDSB email address, and click I Agree to continue.
5. Select Add Printers and type the Host Name of the printer you want to add. You can usually find the Host Name on the printer or by checking the menu.
6. When you see the printer, check the box beside the printer name, and click Done.
7. Locate the document you want to print.
8. From the File menu select Print.
9. Under Printers choose See More then select the Host Name of the device you want to use.
10. Press Print.

Printing via a USB drive

1. Connect a USB drive to the Chromebook
2. Save your file to the USB drive
3. Connect the USB drive to the front port on a Xerox photocopy machine
4. Use the menus on the Xerox device screen to print your document(s)
