1. Plug in your Chromebook charger.
2. If your Chromebook is on, turn off your Chromebook by holding the Power button for 5 seconds.
3. Press and hold Refresh button and tap once on the Power button.
4. Release the Refresh button when the Chromebook turns on.
5. If the Chromebook doesn’t turn on, then it’s a hardware problem.
