Step-by-step instructions:
- Select the three dots in the bottom right corner of Google Meet (you might need to hover your cursor near the bottom of the window)
- Select Settings
- Under the Audio tab, select the Test button
- If you hear audio from the test, then there is something wrong with the other person’s microphone (you could send them this link [Check Microphone Settings] to help)
- If you can’t hear audio from the test, then try selecting a different speaker option and select the Test button again.
- Plug in or connect a Bluetooth Headset
