When visiting websites, your browser caches information and adds cookies. Steps to clear your browsing data:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. In the top right corner, click on the 3 vertical dots
  3. Select Delete Browsing data
  4. A new window will open
  5. Select Basic tab
  6. Set the Time Range to All Time
  7. Uncheck Browsing History
  8. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  9. Select on Clear Data
  10. Sign out of your account and Restart the Chromebook
  11. Log back in to your account
