Sharing a video with audio through Google Meet may create video & audio lag for the end user.Tips & troubleshooting tips are listed below
- When you are ready to share your video and audio click Present now
- Select A Chrome tab (best for video and animation) for showing videos with audio. Present During A Meet | Google Support
- If users experience lag at their end, they can change their video settings to a lower resolution
- Click on the three dots in the bottom right corner
- Select Settings > Video
- Under Receive resolution (maximum) select Standard definition (360p) and close the window
