- Leave the Google Meet and select Rejoin
- Check your Camera Settings
- Allow your Camera and Microphone to be used in the Chrome Browser
- If others cannot see you then your room may be too dark – turn on your lights
- Select the Camera icon to toggle your camera on or off
- Close any other tabs or apps you may have open that are using your camera
- Close other tabs running Google Meet
- Remove Grid View Extension and Manage Extensions
- Update your Chromebook
- Reset your Chromebook
- Try Guest Mode
- Try a different device (Android phone, iPhone, or a different computer)
- Remove any physical cover on your Chromebook’s camera which is located at the top of your screen
- Clean your camera with a soft cloth
- If you’re using your Chromebook with an external display, open the lid of your Chromebook (oops!)
