Your external keyboard and mouse should work automatically within WVD. If not, here are some quick troubleshooting tips.

1. Check the batteries or the battery charge
2. Check that the mouse and keyboard are turned ON
3. If your peripherals are USB or use a USB receiver, then unplug and plug the device into the USB port again. If available, try a different USB port.
4. If your peripherals are Bluetooth enabled, then check that they are connected to the host device.
