Your external keyboard and mouse should work automatically within WVD. If not, here are some quick troubleshooting tips.
- Check the batteries or the battery charge
- Check that the mouse and keyboard are turned ON
- If your peripherals are USB or use a USB receiver, then unplug and plug the device into the USB port again. If available, try a different USB port.
- If your peripherals are Bluetooth enabled, then check that they are connected to the host device.
