Users of the Graphics Virtual Desktop will start to see a shortcut on their desktop called Check Profile Storage. This app looks at the size of the user’s profile, and calculates the free space based on the 30GB allocation.
This is a useful and important check when users are experiencing performance issues or errors with applications.
Instructions
  1. Launch the app
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. A popup should appear with how much free space the user has on their profile.
  4. If it is full, users can delete files or use OneDrive Sync or Google Drive Sync to free up space. Additional storage space is not an option.
